If you have found our website then you’ll probably already know what a special place the South Hams area of Devon is - and how the views from Prawle Point will take your breath away! We have owned No. 7 for nearly ten years now, and 2011 was the first year in which we let the property. We're looking forward to welcoming you to this beautiful part of the world.

We will be maintaining our current rates in 2012, with prices ranging from £350 per week in the low season through to £650 for bank holiday weeks and £850 per week in the peak season.

The cottage sleeps five, with one double bedroom, a twin/double bedroom with en-suite toilet & shower room, and one single bedroom. It is well-equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and although it is a place for peace and quiet - walking and talking, reading and swimming, BBQs and pub lunches - if you want it, the modern world is also here, in the shape of television, radio, DVD/CD player and wireless broadband.
